Frist service, Kim was great.service was promt and professional.

Excellent service couldn't ask for anything more.

Shift to park error had to be repaired at my expense. Not sure why recall of this ongoing problem hasn’t happened other than it is left to your patrons to foot the bill. Also, had to return the truck after oil change when self assessment revealed that the fuel filter was not changed as required for diesel engines. I was told it was just an oversight. And lastly, the truck I spent $93,000 on has never been washed with any of the overpriced services as I was told that the trucks don’t fit in the car wash bay. I guess it’s too much to ask for hand washing. Also noticed on receipt that it shows customer declined wash. I can assure you, that would never be the case. I won’t be returning for either service or purchase of my next truck.

Had my enclave four days! The charge to Look at my radio was $200! Could not afford to repair it! I went in for a recall, tires and to see why my FM wasn’t working. I also did an oil change per their suggestion. Dropped off on Thursday morning. Communication ended Friday morning. No responses to my questions after that I called on Monday and asking about the vehicle and was told my enclave was ready….
