Kim is an amazing service advisor and my truck is fixed. I did however pick it up after it being there a week and it was dirty and had hand/ pinger prints all over the doors, hood and quarter panels.

Excellent as always. Jay in service is the best. Dealing with that AI phone assistant is a pain in the butt. Either it should be fine tuned or get rid off

It is always good and they take great care of me. My service advisor Kim Moore does a great job at helping me and listening to what is needed.

George is the best service advisor I have ever had. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. His work ethic is above and beyond reproach. If I ever need to recommend Crown to someone I'm sending them to George.
