My service rep was KIM and she did an excellent job. She recognized the problem set a time when the part would be in and order the part promptly. The part arrived and she was there to meet me and everything was fine. I enjoyed my experience with her.

ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION

John was great, always friendly and gets things done.

Scheduled the next day, done in less time than estimated, and offered a discount for future oil changes.

On July 14, I called up Crown Buick for an appointment to get my shift to park issue with the GM 2019 GMC Acadia. I spoke to a technician who was supposed to call me back but did not waited all day for his call next day on July 15, I called and I spoke to to Jaquel weller after speaking to Jaquel, he was able to get me an appointment for the very next day July 16 and took care of the issue with no problem. I’m very satisfied with Jaquel Weller, honesty and work ethic for the person which I don’t have his name that never returned my call. I can’t say the same overall Jaquel made me feel like a member of the family. Thank you .

Jay walker was great. My biggest problem was that I had to chase down information. They did not update me without it.

My service advisor John Grundon was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable. It was a Saturday. I showed him an Service Inspection Report from a business that I went to for just an oil change. Their report stated that numerous service items needed Urgent Attention that were costly. I asked John if his mechanic concurred with their results, John said No, and explained in detail to me why those suggested repairs from the other business weren't need. I will only go to Crown Buick from now on even for just an oil change, they are the only business I trust.!
